2017 Indiana Geographic Bee

The 2017 Indiana Geographic Bee was held on Friday, March 31 on the campus of IUPUI. Dr. Tom Davis, Dean of the IU School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI, and Dr. Jennifer McCormick, Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction, provided very moving and dynamic “welcome and congratulatory” remarks.

Ten (10) of the 102 participants had a perfect scores after the Preliminary Rounds; they advanced to the Final Round. Twenty-two (22) of the 102 competitors missed only one question during the Preliminary Rounds.
